Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if:

• Your order arrives damaged

• You receive the incorrect item

• There is a manufacturer defect

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used products

• Custom orders

• Sale or clearance items

Shipping costs are non-refundable

By purchasing from Vintage Lather Soap Co., you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing all ingredients before use

• You will perform a patch test prior to full application

• You assume all responsibility for any allergic reaction, sensitivity, or misuse
